In October 2017, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and by December 2017, we learned that the cancer had spread to my liver, putting me at stage 4.
I recently went live on Facebook to share my story (a year later) and let everyone know that despite my diagnosis, I’m living my life like it’s golden. I am determined to live until I die and it’s the grace of God that is seeing me through all of it.
I had a lot of fear around going public with this information, but then I realized that it’s not about me and that someone out there needs the same comforting, encouragement, support and inspiration that has been gifted to me through the spirit of Jesus.
